Laura and Jacky (FUGA's Marketing Services Director - Products & Services Development) went through an iterative design process to build a portal that fit the company's brand identity. They used Softr’s redesigned building blocks and tab/container layouts — to improve the overall user experience.
Once they recognized the platform’s potential, the team expanded the portal, resulting in a comprehensive app called SCORE that includes:

FUGA’s clients now have a transparent view of all their data and updates in one place, resulting in a significantly improved client experience.
If a client notices something that needs updating, like a new artist tour date, they can now log into the app and make the change themselves, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails.

The portal has also resulted in huge time savings for the FUGA team: when it came to stock reporting, it previously took two people working at least a half day a week to get reports exported to the clients. Now, clients can access this data instantly through the portal with the BigQuery integration.
The success of the SCORE project has inspired FUGA to develop white-label versions for its partners, including a localized version for the Japanese market. By harnessing the power of no code, FUGA has transformed its operations, delivering a scalable solution that sets a new standard for client management.
